Slack – Efficient teamwork for every company, which allows you to save time and be more productive!

If you assign tasks for your coworkers by sending their e-mails and constantly asks them about the status, you should know that there is a better way to collaborate - Good communication app - Slack is definitely one of these!

“We have what we like to call an ‘end to end delivery pipeline’ that starts with source code and goes all the way through to production deployment… And now we have Slack integrated into all the key milestones in that process.”

Thomas Lawless,
Senior software engineer

Slack is a software as a service app, which is dedicated to companies in every size, from the small teams to the big organizations.

Every team which notices a lack of collaboration and communication tools should try that kind of tool in their organization.

You can use Slack to send a private message, and also communicate with the whole team.

Team members can join and leave channels as needed — unlike lengthy email chains.

Software development teams loves Slack, because of its possibility to integrate and automate with the other tools.

The app offers a space called Channels, where you can share files, communicate, and also it allows you to integrate some third-party tools – to monitor their activities.

Channels can be divvied up by team, project, client, or whatever else is relevant to your organization. You can share a channel with a colleague, client, vendor – to stay in touch with the right people in one place

Slack offers many ways to automate and integrate things, I think that’s the reason why developers love this soft so much.

There is a place, where you can find Slack Tips, to find out how you can improve channels, and use applications to a greater extent.

If you have specific needs, you can use a App Directory where you can find a massive amount of apps and integrations for Slack.

The product also offers API, which allows developers, to create own integrations.

There are a few plans available. If you want to try Slack, you can go for a Free plan which offers essential functions, you can check how it works, and how will improve your company communication, then you can upgrade to higher plan – if you need extra functionality like SSO or guaranteed SLA.
